Nuestra guía no ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas, sus explicaciones eran escasas y aburridas. Además en Peles el tiempo de espera ha sido excesivo para entrar (2 horas de cola) y despues dentro hemos tenido que correr de una sala a otra. Constantes atascos en las carreteras y presión de tiempo en las paradas. Teníamos que ir corriendo, y con el tiempo que nos han dado para comer y ver el castillo de Bran ha sido imposible hacer ambas cosas, o elegías una u otra.

Our guide didn't meet our expectations; her explanations were sparse and boring. Furthermore, the wait time to get in at Peles was excessive (a two-hour queue), and afterward, we had to rush from one room to another. There were constant traffic jams and time pressures at stops. We had to rush, and with the time given to us for lunch and Bran Castle, it was impossible to do both; we had to choose one or the other.

Fue una Experencia lamentalbe desde principio a fin. Te dicen que la actividad dura 12 h y es mentira nosotros llegamos a Bucarest a las 11, 30 h de la noche. Las entradas al Castillo de Peles te las tienes que comprar por Internet en el autobus .Cuando llegas allí te dicen que en unos 40 minutos entras al Castillo asi que date prisa para ir al baño o tomate un café. Estuvimos 2 horas de pie esperando a entrar. El castillo de Bran tp lo vimos . Y Brasov de pasada. Un desastre LA ORGANIZACION.

It was a miserable experience from start to finish. They tell you the activity lasts 12 hours, and it's a lie. We arrived in Bucharest at 11:30 p.m. You have to buy tickets to Peles Castle online on the bus. When you get there, they tell you you'll be entering the castle in about 40 minutes, so hurry up and go to the bathroom or grab a coffee. We stood there for two hours waiting to get in. We didn't even see Bran Castle. And Brasov in passing. The organization was a disaster.

Fatal! Una tomadura de pelo y muy mal organizado. Nunca había visto nada igual... Está claro que no están preparados para el turismo. Colas eternas en pleno sol donde todo el mundo se cuela, no hay tiempo para comer (llevaros comida), hemos llegado casi a las 12 d la noche y sin poder cenar... T hacen comprar las entradas antes (en el bus) y resulta que uno de los castillos no da tiempo d verlo pero antes de empezar la cola, pican la entrada cuando podrías volver otro día

Terrible! A complete rip-off and very poorly organized. I've never seen anything like it... It's clear they're not prepared for tourism. Endless queues in the blazing sun where everyone pushes in, no time to eat (bring food with you), we arrived at almost midnight and hadn't had dinner... They make you buy tickets in advance (on the bus) and it turns out you don't have time to see one of the castles, but before you start queuing, they swipe the ticket when you could come back another day.

Al regreso a la ciudad, nos dejaron en un lugar distinto a donde fue la recogida; nos dijo que no nos podían dejar en el hotel donde nos recogieron. Nos dejaron en una plaza que está a 15 minutos caminando de distancia de donde nos recogieron. Mis padres tienen 83 años y no hubiera escogido su tour sabiendo esto. La guía no era buena y no tenía muchas ganas de dar explicación de lo que estábamos viendo.

On the way back to the city, they dropped us off at a different location than the pickup location; they told us they couldn't drop us off at the hotel where they picked us up. They dropped us off at a plaza a 15-minute walk from where they picked us up. My parents are 83, and I wouldn't have chosen their tour knowing this. The guide wasn't very good and wasn't very keen to explain what we were seeing.

Nos pasaron a buscar media hora tarde, el micrófono del bus estaba roto; una persona demoró 40 minutos en regresar y en vez de partir y que esa persona asuma la responsabilidad de sus actos, todo el grupo tuvo que esperarla (creo que la guía debería haberlo manejado de otro modo). Las explicaciones en cada lugar me quedaron un poco escasas, con tanto tiempo muerto en el bus, hubiese esperado más datos sobre el país, su historia, etc.

They picked us up half an hour late, the bus microphone was broken, one person was late for 40 minutes in returning and instead of leaving and having that person take responsibility for their actions, the whole group had to wait for them (I think the guide should have handled it differently). The explanations at each place were a bit lacking for me, with so much dead time on the bus, I would have expected more information about the country, its history, etc.

Día muy largo, el tour empezó a las 7.30h y terminó sobre las 19.30h. Autocar pequeño y antiguo, no muy cómodo para un viaje tan largo. Todas las visitas contra-reloj. Flori, nuestra guía fue estupenda a pesar de todas las adversidades comentadas de las que ella no es responsable. Un autocar más cómodo ayudaría a hacer la visita más agradable.

Very long day, the tour started at 7.30am and finished at about 7.30pm. Small and old coach, not very comfortable for such a long trip. All visits were against the clock. Flori, our guide, was great despite all the difficulties mentioned, for which she is not responsible. A more comfortable coach would help make the visit more enjoyable.

La actividad, correcta, Martha fue en todo momento una estupenda guía. Lo peor de la excursión es que para ver los dos castillos y un poco de Brasov, falta tiempo. Es una excursión que debería dividirse en dos días diferentes o hacerla con una noche en Brasov. Se hace extremadamente larga pues hay excesivo tráfico en las carreteras de Bucarest. Hemos estado más de 14 horas. Una barbaridad!!! Estamos rendidos. Y que conste que es problema de planificación, no del chofer ni de la guía.

The activity was fine, Martha was a great guide at all times. The worst thing about the excursion is that you don't have enough time to see the two castles and a bit of Brasov. It is an excursion that should be divided into two different days or done with one night in Brasov. It is extremely long because there is excessive traffic on the roads in Bucharest. Esperienza fantastica soprattutto grazie a Florence che è stata una guida eccellente, attenta a tutte le necessità (dal grande al piccolo, alla famiglia con bambini, alla ragazza con le stampelle). Tour in italiano effettuato il 16 agosto. Guida preparata ( Florence) che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili a rendere piacevole l'escursione. Come previsto in fase di acquisto, i biglietti dei castelli non sono compresi (si può decidere o di acquistarli on line oppure pagare con moneta locale in loco). Causa periodo estivo e ponte di ferragosto, traffico inteso e rientro in tarda serata. Un grazie anche all'autista (florentin, se non sbaglio) per averci accompagnato in questa giornata. Ha sido una excursión muy interesante. Nuestro guía, Santiago, nos dio la información necesaria y nos acompañó en todo momento. Estaba todo bastante colapsado en general, las entradas a los castillos tenían unas colas tremendas, el tránsito por las carreteras fue en ocasiones bastante lento y con retenciones. Todos estos inconvenientes no tienen nada que ver con la organización, ya que ésta fué impecable: puntualidad, acompañamiento total de Santiago al grupo, explicaciones, conductor. Il prezzo per la giornata è molto economico considerando tutto quello che si fa. (Abbiamo pagato metà prezzo perché c'era uno sconto). Si passano molte ore in bus ma i paesaggi sono spettacolari e quindi volano. Le tappe meritano tutte, sia i castelli che la città di Brasov. La guida, anche se non parlava perfettamente italiano, era super comprensibile e disponibile.

El Tour ha estado muy bien, tal cual se explicaba en la página web. El conductor Nicolás y la Guía Florentina, estupendos, muy atentos y amables. Si bien es cierto, hemos perdido 1’30 h en entrar al Palacio de Peles, por lo que sólo nos ha quedado 1 h para el Castillo de Bran. ¿Sugerencias? Palacios hay muchos en el Mundo; Castillos “tenebrosos” sólo en Transilvania. Yo quitaría Peles y vería más Castillos, como el de La Familia Adams, por ejemplo.

The tour was very good, just as described on the website. The driver, Nicolás, and the guide, Florentina, were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. It's true that we lost 1 hour and a half getting to Peles Palace, leaving us only an hour to Bran Castle. Any suggestions? There are many palaces in the world; only "spooky" castles in Transylvania. I would skip Peles and see more castles, like The Addams Family Castle, for example.
